Guests had trouble getting into the packed Interview Magazine party at the Thompson Miami Beach Hotel, and even Paris Hilton had to go through the bushes.

“Paris and a friend were climbing though the bushes on the side of the hotel [to get around the crowd to a VIP entrance],” said a witness. “The line was a madhouse.”

Another guest said a doorman was punched by someone who was turned away.

“This door guy was trying to explain the event was at capacity and some angry guy who couldn’t get in punched him in the head,” says the witness. “People are insane.”

A random party guest was also seen trying to climb the fence to get inside Tuesday’s bash to mingle with guests including Owen Wilson, Peter Brant, and DSQUARED2’s Dean and Dan Caten.

Actor David Arquette was spotted in the mix rocking gold teeth and talking about heading to a strip club.

The band ASTR performed.
