This is like sexiest man, its PR and how famous you are or how hard Hollywood want to push a certain person. Timmy is the current new thing they want to push but once Hollywood realises he isnt going to catch on, he will drop from all these lists.

This is so typical of Hollywood. They promote objectively unattractive people as sex symbols and force us to accept them as such.

The guy who compiles this list seems to think that it is very important work. He spends all year looking at thousands of photos of celebrities to winnow the list down to a mere hundred.

Pewdiepie is admittedly a very handsome guy - though I don't know that he's the most handsome guy in the world.

It seems that it's done by voting, so it makes sense that KPOP guys would be on the list. That so many are ranked so high is a bit of a surprise.

As for the #1, I'll grudgingly admit that he has a handsome face, though finding out that he's a social media Influencer with a stage name that should be grounds for execution dispels any appeal.

But surprisingly there are few other Social Media personalities on here, especially TikTok, which if anything 2020 has been the year of TikTok. There should have been a flood of them as new entries.

He started out as a youtuber who broadcast his gameplay. He's been at the top of the list of most subscribed youtube channels for many years although there's been a battle with an Indian channel called T-series more recently. In 2013, he became the most subscribed channel on YouTube and from 2014 to 2017 his channel was the most viewed channel. He was the first person to hit 100 million subscribers.

He makes something like $20 million a year from youtube. So, he's not an "influencer" although Time named him among their 100 most influential people in 2016.
