Iris Meijer Obituary, Death Cause – On August 18, we tragically lost a dear friend, Iris C. Meijer. Today marks the 70th day since her sudden passing, and it’s serendipitous that a full moon graces the night sky. Iris had a deep affection for the full moon and a profound connection with her collection of crystals, which she cherished. In her memory, I planted vibrant purple and yellow Dutch irises in my garden at work, a place she often frequented. Iris was a remarkable soul, known for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering friendship.
Her love for nature, the cosmos, and all things mystical was infectious. As we gaze upon the full moon today, we can’t help but feel her presence, as if she’s watching over us. Iris, in her quest for knowledge and spirituality, admired ancient Egyptian beliefs. She often spoke of Anubis, the guardian of the afterlife who weighed the hearts of the departed. Today,
we imagine Anubis weighing her heart and finding it perfectly balanced, for she was a person of immense compassion and love. Iris, my friend, you are deeply missed, and your memory lives on in the blossoming irises and the radiant full moon. May your spirit find eternal peace among the stars you so adored.
