She looks fine. Many women do seem to age a bit after giving birth (e.g. Kate Middleton). Probably due to the physical toll on the body & the emotional stress.

It's an evolutionary adaptive trait. Once the woman has had a child or two, she loses some of her attractiveness. This is so that she, the primary caretaker, is not lured away from the family by another male outside the group.

You can already tell the baby is going to be a high fashion model when he grows up.
