Lol, why should I respond for a view that is not mine? Men are absolutely the manipulator sex, the ones who fool everyone, especially women, as is clear if you read about serial killers and con artists. Even female cons, like Anna Delvey, prey on women, and I assume that this is because women are, indeed, more manageable.
But I don't think this has anything to do with the subject at hand. Female suggestibility is proven better by their vulnerability to mass hysteria than by the fact that they're more likely to be fooled by sociopathic crimimals. False mental diagnoses- multiple personality disorder, for example - are also entirely the province of females. Ask yourself why, and try not to bring up the patriarchy, if you can.
I know it's uncomfortable for you to dwell on the psychology of your sex and how it might explain the trans mania among young girls. It's much more comfortable to point the finger at abstract nonentities, like The Patriarchy (TM), but anyone with a bare minimum of observational depth can see most girls who go trans, like Ellen here, are often not very big fans of men! They're vocal feminists who are as invested in taking down the "cispatriarchy" as any second wave radical feminist. You keep ignoring that because your dumb philosophy can never understand social causation without bringing up some male conspiracy to keep women down.
You also ignore, and I bet you want to keep ignoring, how much the trans mania shares with older youth trends - like the bi chic, which even you must admit has nothing to do with the patriarchy! In fact, you probably see the trend of girls saying they Kissed Another Girl as a feminist development; I see it as a predecessor to the trans trend, especially as both affect much of the same people, namely, young women and girls who are passionate about feminism and social justice.
Young trans "men", like Ellen, are not the byproduct of the patriarchy - they're the result of online youth culture, which is heavily feminist and queer. You are never going to fight that trend effectively unless you acknowledge that fact.
