David Everest Obituary, Death – The death of Dwight David Everest, who resided in Bentley, Alberta, occurred unexpectedly on August 16, 2012, when he was 51 years previous. He leaves behind his lovely wife Cindy Derksen, who was the love of his life, as well as his stepdaughter Carissa Derksen, whom he cherished more than everything in the world.
He is also survived by his parents, Louise Everest and Jim Smart, who reside in Armstrong, British Columbia; his brothers, Allan Everest and his wife, Marla, of Red Deer, Alberta; Charlie Everest and his wife, Ali, of Sylvan Lake, Alberta; his sisters, Wendy Hamaluk and her husband, Don; Terri Lekei and her husband, Brian, of Dawson Creek, British Columbia; and his half-brother, Clint Everest, who resides in Texas, United States of America; and a large number of other family members and friends.
Both Dwight’s father, Wayne Everest, and his younger brother, Brian Everest, passed away before he was born. The date of Dwight’s birth is February 12th, 1961. He was already an ancient spirit, wise, and knowledgeable when he entered this earth. He had a plan. His passion for history was matched only by his brilliance, and he was well aware of the path he needed to take in order to arrive at his desired destination in life. There was nothing that could stop him from doing what he had set his mind to doing.
This is exactly what you saw and received. There was no misrepresentation of Dwight in any kind. It’s possible that he was reserved and a little bashful, but when he had something to say, he did so with a lot of expertise and without beating around the bush. With one of the biggest, kindest, and most generous hearts, he was a gentle and caring man who was also quite sweet. He advocated for quality and simplicity in everything. He was also a big fan of a good hoax or joke.
It was impossible to miss him because of his large, genuine smile and his eyes that twinkled. Dwight was quite pleased with both his identity and the position he held in life at the time. Since Dwight was 34 years old, the oilfields of Northern Alberta have played a significant role in his life and in his life in general. In addition to being a skilled pilot of both motorcycles and airplanes, Dwight was also a passionate pilot of motorcycles.
In the final few years of his life, he lived to be reunited with the people he loved the most passionately: his wife Cindy, the woman he loved the most in his entire life, his stepdaughter Carissa, and his Road King Harley Davidson motorcycle. During their time together, Dwight and Cindy frequently discussed the rides they were going to take, the locations they were going to see, and the prospect of growing old together and spending the rest of their lives together.
There will be no stopping Dwight from riding through our hearts. It is impossible to forget him and he will be missed. On Thursday, August 23, 2012, at one o’clock in the afternoon, a funeral service will be place at Wilson’s Funeral Chapel, which is located at 6120 Highway 2A in Lacombe, Alberta. Wilson’s Crematorium was given the responsibility of cremation. Rather than sending flowers, the family requests that donations be donated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
