I'm going thru the series on blu-ray, and season 4 episode 6 "Legacy" is good. Beth Toussaint plays Ishara Yar, sister of Tasha Yar. Her planet is a dystopia with various factions at perpetual war with each other. She's a high ranking member in her faction; a no nonsense can-do type. Beautiful and graceful, yet tough. Whenever she was in a scene, I couldn't take my eyes off her. Absolutely stunning woman. Real screen presence. Major victory for the casting department.

Yes. Second only to Vash, with whom Stewart was shacked up with at the time

R1, is that true? Kind of like Seth MacFarlane casting his girlfriends in The Orville.

Not that I was on set but I've understood for years it was the case

Looks like Linda Hamilton.

That character was awful and the actress was awful. Vash annoyed the living hell out of me

Stewart was very attractive. I wonder how many times he climaxed in Vashes gash.

My understanding is that Stewart didn't know the actress who played Vash until her first appearance, and then thereafter dated her.

Beth is married to Jack Coleman. Lucky woman!
She was also the original Anna Sheridan on Babylon 5, prior to Madame Shitbra.

Beth was so much more Eighties fabulous than Denise Crosby, although they were both dykier than a Dutch floodplain.

I, too, was so annoyed by Vash and they had her on at least 2 episodes. I recall thinking when I saw her for the 2nd time "not HER again!"
I actually liked Jordy's cyber crush on Starfleet engineer Dr. Leah Brahms. I thought she did a good job playing the holo simulation and then completely different for the actual real life engineer.

If John Travolta and Linda Hamilton had a kid...

That's why she was cast. She's very specifically made up to look like Linda Hamilton in "Terminator."
Jennifer Hetrick mentioned in R1 was Patrick Stewart's side piece when she was on "The Next Generation" and possibly the reason for his divorce a year or two later.
